to snyder plaza / Target

went to another part of philadelphia near where i'm staying. its a shopping area but not unlike those we see in orchard road. it's got loads of parking space and the shop sizes range from the normal to the hypermarket. note that these are not factory outlets but for those of you fortunate enough to have been there, the layout is pretty similar.

this is the place. snyder plaza. has a lot of small outlets such as rite aid (which is something like the guardian pharmacy in singapore, only much much better) and radioshack (a place to get all your high-tech goods like the xbox360).

this is where the small outlets such as radioshack, a chinese restaurant which i can't recall its name and boston market, a place which has great-tasting meat dishes such as sandwiches, are located. there are a few more smaller outlets here too.

walk straight ahead and this is what you will see.

on the left side is where rite-aid pharmacy is (the shop right at the end, closer to the left of the screen) located. there's also an all-you-can eat buffet restaurant and a dollar store on this site of the shopping area too.

turning left at the junction, will put you on the route to Target. more shopping and eating spots here. Ihop, something like a modern diner is located here as well. will definitely try it one day coz the advertisements i see on tv sure are mouth-watering. italina stuffed pastries, here i come.

finally reaching Target hypermarket after bout 30 mins of walking. if it was singapore, i would have been complaining of the heat. but with the weather here being so cool (about 20 degrees celcius) and low humidity (about 20-30%), the walk sure was an enjoyable one.
